This client operates as a major mobile telecom business, and is essential to competition in the UK mobile market.
Purpose of the project
Jarred Consulting were approached as consultants to enhance this clients’ training delivery and facilitation skills. The aim was to enhance the trainers’ skills in business and management skills (such as managing performance) to support their existing product training skills.
How Jarred Consulting helped
We were asked to design and deliver a two day training course, supported by pre-course work, and ongoing follow-up and support by managers
The team were of mixed experience and so the training included a mix of theory, practical tips and ‘having a go’. It was particularly important for the client for us to incorporate ‘observed’ practice sessions, providing detailed feedback afterwards. Having attended the course, delegates were sent away with action plans for specific areas to put into practice.
