Purpose of the project
To restructure the Resourcing function and review and roll out new recruitment processes, including lateral partner hiring, fee earner, business services and graduate recruitment, so that the team was equipped to deliver against the ambitious recruitment plans of the firm.

Working closely with the Global Head of HR, we carried out the following:
Audited existing policies, procedures and processes; identified gaps, and recommended improvements to enhance outputs and efficiencies.
Identified resource requirements and skills required within Resourcing team and restructured internal resource and hired new staff to meet this need. Trained and developed new team.
Produced comprehensive resourcing team process documents to ensure knowledge was captured. Included templates and management reports.
Oversaw the team on an interim basis to deliver against the ambitious growth targets
