Becky has over 10 years’ experience within recruitment, mainly within graduate recruitment within the financial services industry.
Becky’s career started as a HR secretary in a small software house which exposed her to all areas of HR. Her enthusiasm for recruitment started there and then Becky progressed to working in a recruitment consultancy.
From there Becky decided to focus her career on graduate recruitment and joined Goldman Sachs where she was initially responsible for Northern European graduate recruitment covering universities in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands across all business areas. During her time at Goldman Sachs Becky was asked to take on the UK universities and business schools. Becky was responsible for all relationships and for organising events and high profile sponsorship deals.
After leaving Goldman Sachs Becky joined Deloitte where she worked for 6 years. Her initial role was responsibility for Audit recruitment for the London practice. After this Becky was promoted to Selection Manager where she was responsible for the selection and assessment process for c.1200 undergraduate and graduate hires. Becky was responsible for all processes from the point of a candidate submitting an online application form to the day they joined. After a period of 4 years Becky took on the role of Head of Graduate Recruitment for the national team. This included all graduate and undergraduate programmes for the UK and the Swiss practice. During her time in this role Becky was also asked to re-structure the team to significantly reduce the size of the team and budget.
Over the last couple of years Becky has been working as a Consultant for Credit Suisse, Deloitte and the Rank Group all within graduate recruitment
