Stephen Clements
Stephen is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working not only as an executive coach but also as a coach trainer, coach supervisor and coach mentor. In 2020, he was honoured to receive the ICF Ireland coach of the year award.
Prior to this, Stephen has over 20 years of experience working in technology and leadership across large multinational companies such as Nortel Networks, Agilent Technologies and Accenture. In 2015 he was Head of Product Development for an Irish-based multinational acquired by Accenture. After successfully integrating these engineering teams into Accenture, he took up a new challenge by leading the business operations function for the Accenture technology business in Ireland. This involved running the business operations for an area that generated multi-million revenues, grew to over several hundred employees, and coordinated strategy, reporting and processes with multiple stakeholders and business functions.
As a technologist, Stephen has always been fascinated with understanding how technology works, and has channelled this curiosity into coaching. He’s undertaken extensive training in many areas, including emotional intelligence, systemic and constellation coaching, strengths-based coaching, positive psychology and mBraining (working with our head, heart and gut intelligences) to name but a few. He has extensive experience working with Senior Executives on developing emotional intelligence and leadership skills, not only in Ireland but across the Nordics.
