Samantha Bracey
Samantha has worked in Human Resources, specialising in Early Careers since 2016. She is qualified to administer the BPS Occupational Ability Qualification and the Zircon BeTalent Resilience accreditation and is studying towards her CIPD Level 7.
Samantha’s strengths lie in the legal sector having started her career at Osborne Clarke LLP in 2014 before moving to TLT LLP in 2018, both Top 40 Law Firms. During her time at TLT, she calmly and innovatively led the firm’s early careers strategy through Covid, a full review and redesign of the graduate recruitment process, the introduction of Solicitor Apprenticeships and the Solicitors Qualification Exam (SQE) implementation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
In 2023, Samantha joined The Telegraph overseeing early careers in the media sector to widen her sectoral knowledge and continuing to broaden her expertise into Human Resources Business Partnering. She joined Jarred Consultancy on a freelance basis in 2024 and looks forward to helping clients with their Early Careers challenges.
