Marshah Dixon Terry
Marshah is a Career Coach and Organisational Development Consultant with expertise in change and transformation and has twenty years’ experience in HR strategic and leadership roles.
Her career in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Organisation Design spans across different sectors where she has worked for a range of organisations including City of London Police, Homes England, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) and Versus Arthritis. As Head of Organisational Development at City of London Police, Marshah led a range of OD initiatives, including an innovative leadership development programme for all police officers, police staff and the Special Constabulary.
Marshah brings a wealth of expertise and experience with a focus on career and leadership coaching and culture change through diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging lenses. She partners with both individuals and organisations to facilitate and enable change – real change – that is purposeful, meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable.
An inspirational and results-focussed coach and consultant, she has worked with a range of people and organisations to achieve great outcomes – including coaching at all levels in organisations, working with leadership teams, culture development, talent development and succession planning.
Marshah is passionate about helping her clients develop, reach their full potential, and maximise opportunities to achieve their goals. Her approach is to create partnerships that are open, honest, reflective and either meet or exceed expectations to achieve change successfully. Her style is to think big and bold and outside of the box. Marshah is all about vision – focusing on the why, enjoying the journey and ultimately, achieving great outcomes.
Early on in her career, Marshah worked for the John Lewis Partnership and experienced first-hand the importance and benefits of providing high quality service to clients. This experience has had a major influence on her practice.

Marshah has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and graduated with a Law & Politics degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.
