Associate

Katie has over 25 years of experience, working for a variety of organisations in HR, OD, Change Management, Leadership, Management and Team Development.  She has worked in house supporting global financial services organisations through mergers and acquisitions as well as in interim and consultancy roles implementing organisational and cultural change programmes.  Her experience has been gained across financial services, professional membership institutions, law, regulation, distribution, education, publishing and the not for profit sector.

Katie worked as a specialist Interim HR Project Manager for Deutsche Bank for several years within the IT and Operations Division, focusing on Talent Management and Development, Competency Development and Outsourcing projects before transitioning into consultancy work where she broadened her portfolio to include management and leadership development and facilitation.  She has worked globally with a variety of clients to deliver people focused change programmes and to deliver interactive programmes to create behavioural change.  These include:

Cultural and Organisational Change

Leading the HR stream of a major behavioural change programme for Swiss Re IT to support changed business priorities

Developing a competency framework and training programme for a new on-line performance management system for Sony Ericsson and delivering this to managers across the EMEA region

Leadership Development

Designing and delivering an Advanced Management Practice Programme to Neopost,  a large Business Communications organisation undergoing rapid change

Designing and delivering Management Development programmes for Investment Organisations including Oxford University Endowment Management and the European Investment Fund

Providing developmental psychometric and leadership feedback to executives within a UAE based Leadership Programme

Designing and delivering Recruitment workshops to Senior Managers within the European Patent Office

Delivering Impact and Influence Programmes to Technical Specialists, Risk Specialists, Supervisors and Financial Regulators including PRA and FCA

Co-ordinating a Strengths Based Development Conference Session for the Barclays Disability Network and a decision making simulation for Santander HR conference

Katie holds a 2:1 degree Social Psychology from the University of Sussex, a PGDip in Personnel Management from the University of East London and is  a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).  She is BPS (British Psychological Society) Level A and B qualified enabling her to deliver an interpret occupational testing and personality questionnaires, specifically MBTI, OPQ, Hogan, Lumina Spark, Saville Wave and StrengthscopeÒ.  She is a Master Business Practitioner of NLP and a certified Success Coach.

She is the author of  “The Professional Woman’s Guide to Giving Feedback” Impackt Publishing 2014 and  a member of the Steering Committee for Women in Recruitment, an organisation dedicated to inclusivity and diversity in the Recruitment Industry.  She designed and manages their on line personal development programme.
