Caron Marks
Caron started working in the Early Careers space in 2005. She has spent the majority of her career running numerous programmes within global financial institutions.
Caron’s knowledge and expertise spans all elements of the recruitment cycle from attraction, to selection and programme management for undergraduate, graduate and MBA students. Her broad experience includes conducting full reviews of assessment materials, introducing new psychometric testing, redesigning summer programmes, introducing new attraction tools and delivering multiple workshops to students. She is an experienced manager having managed teams both large and small.
Throughout her career, Caron’s responsibilities have involved hiring across multiple European locations so she is well versed in the importance of adopting a nuanced approach when recruiting into different locations.
In recent years, Caron has consulted across a range of industries where she has led marketing initiatives and supported with interviewing, screening and assessment activities.
Caron is a committed and competent individual with a strong moral compass. She is a natural communicator with an empathetic ear and a solution-oriented approach to solving challenges. Caron loves developing relationships with people whether that be partnering with stakeholders or identifying and developing young talent.
Outside of work, Caron is committed to her fitness regime of HIIT and running and spending time with her young family. She can usually be found at weekends cheering on the side-line of a football pitch.
