Anthony has been working in HR and recruitment since 1994. He has significant experience across multiple industries from fast moving consumer goods to Utilities to IT and Travel. He has mostly worked in FTSE 100 companies such as Unilever, EasyJet, General Mills and BOC. He has worked cross –functionally and across the spectrum of seniority in these roles and has managed both General Recruitment and Emerging Talent Functions.
Anthony has designed, managed, facilitated and been an Assessor in multiple Recruitment events. He is comfortable working with competency, generic and strength based Assessment structures and has worked with Senior Stakeholders to deliver this work.
Anthony is BPS level A & B qualified and is a graduate of Durham University with a degree in Natural Sciences.
Since the mid-noughties, he has forged himself a career as an HR interim in this field and will easily fit into the corporate culture so that he can make an immediate impact. His real interest and specialty is working with organizations to use data to make better informed hiring decisions and to enhance the science behind recruitment rather than the instinct.
Outside of work, he is a keen Sportsman and qualified cricket coach and Umpire and rather randomly authored a book on internet dating.
