Annabel brings market-leading expertise in the graduate recruitment & development arena. She has headed up the graduate recruitment function for two FTSE top 20 companies (Lloyds TSB and the Royal Bank of Scotland Group), leading award-winning graduate campaigns (AGR, CIPD, RADs). A
specialist in driving companies up the key employer of choice rankings, her last two companies are significant players in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers league and in 2006 she orchestrated the attraction campaign for Fujitsu Services, which was the highest new entry in the Top 100 Graduate Employers that year (at no. 81).
As Head of Graduate Recruitment for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from 2003 to 2005, Annabel was regularly quoted in the media. At RBS, she initiated and delivered the first pan-Group graduate induction programme.
A former senior manager in the financial services sector, Annabel has fourteen years’ experience as a qualified management trainer, which is combined with front-line expertise in recruitment & staff
development. Equally comfortable working with groups or on a one-to-one basis, she can deliver value to support individual learning and development. An experienced coach and mentor, she has participated in some valuable relationships including acting as a mentor in the DWP-sponsored Working Links’ Lone Parent Mentoring scheme.
An assessment specialist, Annabel has extensive experience of interviewing and assessing particularly graduate, senior manager and executive level appointments), use of competency frameworks, delivery and management of selection centres. She is an experienced facilitator of assessment centre integration sessions.
In addition to various training, coaching and assessor accreditations, Annabel holds the British Psychological Society Level A & B qualifications, enabling her to deliver and interpret occupational testing and personality measurement tools.
An influential figure in the graduate recruitment arena, Annabel has appeared as guest speaker and panellist at numerous industry events and conferences, including the Association of Graduate
Recruiters’ Conference and the UCAS Graduate Employability Conference. She has served on the AGR Conference planning team and the judging panel of the TARGET National Graduate Recruitment Awards.
